This is a Gecko issue that makes hidden layers to appear when the user makes a touch gesture to the topmost  borders of the phone. It is usually fixed by changing position from absolute to fixed. However, this bug should de BB+ because if the hidden layers appear the app will be unusable and will annoy the user.

Jose, is this bug fixed in gaia, and still needs gecko support?  im' confused that you said if it needs gecko support, then we need to file a bug for it to gecko team.  please advise.
