When the user is prompted to enter their SIM PIN, a regular letter keyboard is displayed. However SIM PINs are all numeric, so the numeric keypad should display by default.

Moving to P1 because it's so annoying, and because it's early in the user's device ownership, where we need to work doubly hard to make a positive initial impression.

The numeric keypad is wrong, it should be the one used in the unlocking Passcode screen from lockscreen. See attachment
