Screenshot: Email toggle state, on and off.
The toggle states in Email settings look too similar, and do not fit with the toggle UI of the rest of the system. Instead of a solid color differentiating on from off, there is only a thin outline.

This was fixed at some point. The toggles work correctly on trunk and have worked for some time.
