bnicholson, you did some investigation on this bug; can you summarize the results?
When clicking to the right of the arrow buttons, the element returned from getElementFromPoint() is the arrow's <button> element, as expected. The initial tap happens outside of the button, so we call moveClickPoint() to place the coordinates within the button's rect. When moveClickPoint() is called, data.x at ends up being on the right edge of the rect - but the click doesn't work. If I add "data.x--;" after , the click *does* work. So it appears we have a problem clicking the outermost bounds of an element's rect. http://hg.mozilla.org/integration/mozilla-inbound/file/9e2d2e78a956/mobile/android/chrome/content/browser.js#l3891
