STR:
1) Go to http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mozilla
2) Click the down arrow link near the right edge of the screen for any of the sections (History, Software, etc)

Expected results:
The section opens

Actual results:
The arrow will always show a highlight, but the section never opens.
bnicholson, you did some investigation on this bug; can you summarize the results?

When clicking to the right of the arrow buttons, the element returned from getElementFromPoint() is the arrow's <button> element, as expected. The initial tap happens outside of the button, so we call moveClickPoint() to place the coordinates within the button's rect. When moveClickPoint() is called, data.x at [1] ends up being on the right edge of the rect - but the click doesn't work. If I add "data.x--;" after [1], the click *does* work. So it appears we have a problem clicking the outermost bounds of an element's rect.
