I had myself added to AllRecipients around the time when we started doing Thunderbird releases, so that I could help keep an eye and help with any issues.
Now that the Thunderbird releases are running fine on the awesome build infrastructure backed up by the excellent releng team, I don't need to get all those emails any longer.
Here's the patch.

The template was comm-beta, and I'd already updated it.
