811310 - on the panda board, test_domWindowUtils.html fails with a timeout

on the tegras in bug 810508, this happens sometimes, but on the panda boards it happens all the time.  I found that adding a simple ok(1, '...') call solves the problem.  I don't like the solution, but somebody else should fix the test or we should land the change :)

I'm not sure this is the right approach. We need to find out why this addition makes the test pass and we should not land this as-is I think.

I am happy to try anything as I have a local setup, I figured my hack was too hacky.  Either way we are looking to turn these tests on in the near future.  If we can't get to the root cause, I am happy turning this off in a manifest.
