STR:

1. Load one app into card view - e.g. Maps
2. Long press on Home button to invoke card view
3. Tap on app while in card view.

Expected: The app would open
Actual: Nothing happens

This continues to happen to me intermittently, mostly with the SMS app.

Seeing this issue as a 100% repro today on 4/4 devices.  Seems to occur with any app as long as it's the only one running in the card view/task manager.  The task manager seems to work fine when more than one app is running.
