As part of improving Jenkins, we're going to build a new services node to run things like MySQL, Postgres, ElasticSearch, etc

This will help spread the load of Jenkins jobs and let us get tests upgraded to Postgres 9.2 and ElastichSearch 0.19.x more easily, so we can have the devs cutover their various jobs

I will review the setup on jenkins1.dmz.phx1 for a complete list of services to install via puppet
