I'm not entirely sure what this add-on does. It seems to be some kind of ad-injection crapware. It gets silently installed (bypassing about:newaddon) by the FVD Suite installer, to which users are referred by the FVD add-ons hosted on AMO. ID: pricepeep@getpricepeep.com

Ah, this is the one that we were talking about earlier, that apparently shows up as "Save As" for most people. :) Which means I found it in a record time of -16 days.
The block has bee updated to exclude versions 2.1.0.20 and up, which no longer have the install issues as confirmed by Tyler.
