Actually it looks like this one landed on the english keyboard today after all.

In FirefoxOS v1 Application Status, there is nothing indicating that this is OOS yet. But, there is mark that the spec should be updated. As far as I tested it now, it shows 1st when long tapping 1, 2nd when long tapping 2, and so on. Does that sounds correct?
Yes, that is correct.
Verified alternate options display when long holding numbers - shows 1st/2nd/3rd, etc. as mentioned in comment 3. Tested on the 11/28 unagi build.
