*How to reproduce:
[Keyboard & Text-Handling] - Bring up a temporary view of a caps keyboard
https://moztrap.mozilla.org/manage/case/3975/

*Expected Result:
  If user press caps and drag to characters, it should show you preview of capitalised character. After user release it, the capitalised character should show in text field/area

*Actual Result:
  Caps' not working

*Sidenote:
  1. This is MozTrap [Keyboard & Text-Handling] test case 44. It looks like that this feature is not implemented
  2. This is targeted for B2G M4
