*How to reproduce:
1. Go to "browser"
2. Try to file a bug thru Bugzilla
3. zoom in so that description text area is larger than current screen area
4. type lots of random characters (longer than current text area width)
5. keep your finger on backspace key

*Expected Result:
  Everything should be cleaned.

*Actual Result:
  It doesn't get cleaned. Strange shadow left on the text area. You can clean them after turning on/off the screen or clean them by scrolling around

this still happens. I am sure that all long textarea block would have the same issue.
this used to be a P4 priority but no one solved this yet.

There is a more serious bug in v101.
The textarea/input in bugzilla won't even trigger keyboard.
