811656 - Keyboard should not disappear when switching between fields

Open the compose message view and switch quickly between two input field. 

*Environment:
Phone - Unagi
gaia master(git): 1549eb82367e0da38198cb3d458def15d829527a
gecko aurora(hg): 114166:c07b17e59971

Also, this is specific for a phone handling only in tw and cn.

*How to reproduce:
  1. open email
  2. if you haven't set up an account, set it up
  3. compose a new email
  4. switching between 2 different input area quickly

*Expected Result:
  1. The keyboard is there.
  2. The keyboard reaction should be consistent

*Actual Result:
  1. The keyboard hide and show, but sometime you can see the background(desktop) picture between switching. 
  2. The keyboard hide and show when you click on the input field. However, sometimes it won't be consistent and the reaction changed.


*Sidenote:
  1. Please note that this is a universal issue, but especially reproducible on the cell phones handling by tw and cn.

This feels like a polish bug, because the keyboard still appears after switching; despite the background appearing.   

If we can get a fix, we'll take it.   Also, changing subject since it's a global keyboard problem when switching between text fields.

If possible, please take care of this faster. Since this is reported by a partner we work closed with in china, and the demo deadline is approaching.

Walter - this is non-blocking, so this isn't a priority right now.

When switching from one text field to anther, the keyboard will first hide and then show. It is the major reason to cause the bug.

The keyboard should keep open when switching between text field as that on android and iOS.
