Using build 1999061208
Go to the above URL, the gif that says 'news flash' is an animated gif. Problem
is that it has a lot of trouble loading it. It will load everything on the page
including a frame of the animated gif, then it will stop (ie says document:done)
and start again a few seconds later loading the next frame and dispplaying it.
This appears to continue indefinitly. In 4.xx it will load the enitire animation
then play it, so I assume thats what is supossed to happen.
