Review tests on the Zamboni PFS service.  See if tests are equivalent on PFS2.  If not, make them so, and get PFS2 passing them.
It appears that there are no tests of the PFS service on Zamboni. I've searched the code extensively for mentions of the functions, as well as the PFS URLs, and we test the redirect but we don't seem to test the actual behavior of PFS.

I've CCed a few AMO people to see if that's actually true or not.
Bug 836415 has now removed the Plugin Finder Service (PFS) from Firefox. As a result, I'm closing all the remaining PFS bugs.

Bug 1071161 tracks retiring the PFS service entirely.
