You'll need to check out part of the mozilla.org repository, where the Thunderbird site is being stored. You can:

svn co https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.org/branches/staging/thunderbird/

Please translate the file in the mozilla.org svn repository for the Thunderbird 17 What's New page, that is:

/hy-AM/thunderbird/17.0/whatsnew/index.html

If you want to provide a translated image, you can place it in: 
https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.org/branches/staging/thunderbird/img/whatsnew/l10n/
The image name should be:
appmenu-hy-AM.png

Once the image is on the server, the page will automatically update the <img> tag. You do not need to change it.

The page on the staging server is:
http://www.allizom.org/hy-AM/thunderbird/17.0/whatsnew

Hi Andrei
I've attached translated into Armenian whatsnew/index.html file and appmenu-hy-AM.png. 
As you can see in png file some strings still in English, so I will update the appmenu-hy-AM.png file after the new release of Thunderbird (currently those strings are translated).

Hrant, new bugs are cheap, don't reopen old unrelated bugs, it's almost impossible to follow you like this.

I honestly have no idea of the current localizability of the Features page for Thunderbird.

:sancus: is the Features page still localizable?

I'm going to resolve this so that I can close out the Thunderbird 17 bugs on the dashboard, but if I find some time I'll come back and dig the other stuff out of this one...
