When this build crashes (most of the time) talkback does not launch and i cant
find a way to submit crash info

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Wait until mozilla crashes. Should be soon


Actual Results:  Well, it crashes :)

Expected Results:  Talkback should launch up as it did on 0.9
WFM on build 2001051604 on Win2k (SP2).  Crashed a few times today while 
testing crasher bugs.  Every time, Talkback popped up and I was able to send 
the info.

May be a platform specific issue or it may just not have worked in the build 
you mentioned.  Try today's build.
