This add-on does *not* silently install, but it does change search preferences: http://search.fbdownloader.com/search.php?channel=sfus203fbdgy17&q=foo I don't have the ID yet since I chose not to install it before I noticed the preference changes.

Just changing a few settings is not sufficient for blocklisting. Also, we can't do much without an ID.
