Using may16 commercial trunk build, win98
Seen on both Esther's and my machine.
I often can't use the mail window's File button dropdown -- it duplicates the
accounts and when this happens I can't access either section to get to a second
level. The menu will just shake and shimmy and not allow selection.

Changed to all platforms. Mac sometimes crashes when accessing the file button,
usually will present duplicated accts and blank sublevels.

I can't duplicate this on Win 2000 or NT. Is there anything particular that I
have to do before using the File button?

varada just told me he saw this in the bookmarks menu as well. I still haven't
been able to reproduce this but this sounds like it might be a menu bug so
reassigning to XPToolkit menus.
