## Environment :
Unagi phone, build 20121115
  
## Repro :
1. start downloading the update
2. change wifi networks

## Expected :
1. the download would stop and restart or pause/resume

## Actual :
1. the download icon will spin and spin but no download will be occurring.

I think we voluntarily don't do this.

The thing is we can't really know if we're switching from wifi to wifi or from wifi to 3G.

And for the wifi -> 3G case the user might get billed if we auto-magically resume the download... so we just display a download error and let the user restart the update manually.

That said if we're not displaying an error and stoping the spinner after a reasonable amount of time, it's a bug and it should be updated accordingly.

CCing Marshall, I've heard that we want to only update on wifi, but I haven't seen any code that handles that myself.

No, we're allowing download over 3G in v1, mainly because per Etienne, we were unable in v1 scope to differentiate between connection types.

Yep, exactly. Error should be displayed. Which is covered by bug 812584, so am marking this WONTFIX.
