Requesting a new flag in Scrumbugs 
- column added to the "Stories chart" next to "status"
- with the values below:

"Phase" : 
1. Design (P&D)  - P&D = Planning and Design
2. Dev (B&T) - B&T = Build and Test (Unit, System)
3. Test (E2E) - E2E = End to End testing
4. Launch (L&O) - L&O = Launch & Operate

To be used during pilot of scrumbugs for the apps ecosystem (marketplace, devhub, apps content catalog teams). Will be piloting specifically with the Payments integration for FFOS - highly visible across 5 different organizations and 4 companies (FFOS device, FFOS Marketplace, BlueVia, Telefonica and Bango). Can't wait to use scrumbugs!!!! This will be such a value-add to the project communications and tracking!!!

Request collaborated on by Bill Maggs, Director of Product Management developer tools and Marketplace

New field request based on new Program Checkpoints aligned during work session  attended by all program managers.

This new field would make our pilot really fly!!!!

Also - any chance it's on the roadmap for an individual project in scrumbugs to self customize the columns that show in the "Stories" chart? either re-order or add / remove certain columns?
