Steps to reproduce:

I opened a firefox session (version 16.0.2, have been using this session since 3.5) with a few tabs open. Then I opened some new tabs and filled up the tab bar.

The only add-ons I have that interact with the tab bar are Too Many Tabs and Tab Scope.


Actual results:

All the tabs that opened with the session are minimum width. The tabs that I opened after loading the session are wider.


Expected results:

All the tabs should be the same width.

The culprit is surely one of these add-ons.

Try the basic troubleshooting steps, please:

1) Safe mode: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

2) New profile: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

Does it fix your issue?

This bug is proving incredibly hard to reproduce. Even with all add-ons enabled, the bug only happens rarely. It could probably be written off as a feature anyways; the most recently opened tabs are larger than less used ones.

Apparently nobody could reproduce this with add-ons disabled.
