Steps to reproduce:

Tried to  open a .chm file on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS using Firefox 17.0 


Actual results:

Many new tabs were getting created as if the process was stuck in an infinite loop.


Expected results:

It should have opened the .chm file or give appropriate message
