I assume you've 'requested desktop site' on YouTube in order to view the desktop-site to get Flash video. You will have better luck using the YouTube mobile version we get by default as video is handled by the Android native YouTube application. I've tested this anyhow and it works for me using the last available Flash version for Android on my Note II, SII and Nexus 7; Flash video/audio works for me. WFM.
