PROCEDURE
1. Add a google account to the calendar
2. On setting select Sync Calendar option as Manually
3. Click on Done
4. Verify that now the device does not have data connection
5. On Calendars view, having the just added account selected, tap on the Refresh icon

EXPECTED
There should be a message warning user that there is not data connection available

ACTUAL
When tapping on Refresh icon no message is shown and nothing happens.
