Attempting to download app updates OTA will show 0 bytes.  is this work hooked up yet?

Screenshot.  Nothing significant in logcat.

Repro:
1) install 11-19-2012 unagi daily build
** BuildID=20121119070826
2) return marketplace app updates are available in notifications bar
3) apply the updates
4) Verify Downloading shows 0.00 bytes download... and there's no activity in logcat showing the download is happening.  

Expected:
- apps updates are downloaded

ActuaL:
- no app updates are downloaded

Etienne, I assume this should work out of the box with the existing progress events?

Yep. I'm sure it's working with the sytem update progress events, but looks like Tony was just updating apps.

We might have an appcache app only issue here, adding Fabrice.
