Selecting "debug script" on the unresponsive script dialog does nothing

I get this dialog pretty consistently loading economist.com (see bug 813204). Clicking on the "debug script" button on the dialog dismisses the dialog but does nothing else. If we don't have a good way to implement this on android then we should just get rid of the button from the dialog.

The button only appears in debug builds. Using a release version only shows "Continue" and "Stop Script".
Do we really need to remove this for Android debug builds? If not, feel free to close.
