User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:16.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/16.0 Build ID: 20121024073032 Steps to reproduce: Uninstalled TB 16 downloaded TB 17. TB will not recive emails fron my ISP (virgin.media) Get message "This folder is being processed.Please wait until processing is complete to get messages".THen it just hangs. On checking TOOLS/Options/PASSWORDS for the incoming mail it has pop3:ntlworld.com not pop3:virginmedia, the user name is not complete ,it has geoff bywaters not geoff.bywaters@ntlworld .com. Where is TB getting this from and how do I change it
Geoff, do you still see this problem when using version 17.0.2?
