Details

In composer 0.9, I bring up table properties/advanced edit and delete the width
field.
The "OK" button no longer does anything, and I can only cancel out of the
advanced edit dialog, losing the change.
Same behavior trying to delete the other default fields.

Worked OK with composer 0.8.1
