Each account in the account folder list may have a warning icon placed on their line to convey that there is a problem with the account.  On the folder list page, the warning icon for the account is displayed in the lower right of the card on the toolbar.

The icon does not need to be large enough to be a hit target; it's just informative (yet mysterious!)

In the interim I'm just using a red exclamation mark.

Great, thanks!  I am assigning this to Steve Chung to replace the red exclamation mark on the lower right of the folder list card for the current account and next to the account on the account list.
