813792 - "Add to Home Screen" dialog sometimes has an empty "Address" field

STR:
 1. Visit http://news.google.com/news/i
 2. Hit the browser's "star" button
 3. Hit "Add to Home Screen"
  --> Add to Home Screen dialog appears.

ACTUAL RESULTS: The "ADDRESS" field is blank
EXPECTED RESULTS: The "ADDRESS" field has the actual address that's being used.


NOTE: We seem to create the actual home-screen launcher with the correct address, despite this bug.  (The launcher works & launches the correct site, at least.)

I've hit this with at least one other site, too. (the "my queue" page after I've logged into getpocket.com)

Version info: I'm using latest stable dogfood build, Build ID 20121115145434.

Also, if I tap the ADDRESS field and try to manually type in an address, no characters actually show up in the field. So I think this is an issue with the field not being painted, or being too small to display its contents, or something like that.

is this really a blocker?  not showing the url field isnt the end of the world.  The user is already on the page that they are trying to bookmark, so they know what they're trying to add to homescreen.   

i would say bb-, as its also not every website.   should stil get a fix, but i would not shipstop for this.

I can not reproduce. The UI looks good for me (the url field looks the same at the title field).

Unable to repro on the 12/28 unagi build- adding to home screen included the address correctly.
