I manually downloaded and reinstalled from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-central/firefox-20.0a1.en-US.win64-x86_64.installer.exe and the crashing has stopped

It happened again today. I was running 20.0a1 that I manually installed and firefox still downloaded and installed an update even though the version remained 20.0a1 and shortly after that update it started crashing.

I downloaded the same installer from the ftp site and installed over the top of it and things are stable again.
