can we get some physical help with panda-0027. I assume a reflash of the sdcard will solve our problems, but we could have cabling issues or even worse hardware problems on the device itself.

I replaced the SD card for one with a uboot image.
Jake wanted to see why the panda was failing personally so I put back the old SD card. Let me know if you want any help.
I was able to reboot this board via relay.py and it came up just fine. Tested 5 times without issue. If you experience this again, reopen this bug and ping me in irc.
