gifs which has been scaled with width/height arent displayed, even though the
correct size has been reserved (eg in a table).
Which build?  Could be dupe of bug 74313 -- please give us more information!

WFM on build 2001051704 on Win2k (SP2)

All images come through just fine and scaled correctly.  Please test this on 
the newest nightly builds.  Reporting bugs on .09 can be misleading because, 
very likely, the bug has been fixed since then.

confirming, linux 2001051621 nightly build.
i'm getting exactly the same rendering as shown in testcase.

I'm having the same problem at http://www.canoe.ca 
The gif on the top left-hand side under the "CANOE- Your internet network" gif
doesn't show until you scroll the page down past the gif then scroll up again.
I've noticed this only in Linux, win32 works fine for me.

This bug has a Windows dup. Possibly it was a manifestation of another problem.
However as the testcase in that dup is now a "404 error", I believe this bug
should be left as fixed. I mark it back PC/Linux -otherwise it would not be
fixed by a Linux checkin, would it?
