814100 - Move dogfooders to 'beta' update channel

As previously discussed, we want to move dogfooders to updates at http://update.boot2gecko.org/beta/update.xml, on the 'beta' update channel.  In order to do this, we'll need to:

- update the build-unagi-stable Jenkins job to use the 'beta' channel
- provide an update that removes dogfood-updates.js from the phone so that the update url is set by the build
- test all this without pushing it to live url's so we can verify everything works ok

Small request that might be important later - can we rename unagi_stable builds to unagi_beta ?  I think we might end up needing to have a 'stable' or 'release' channel later so getting the naming lined up now will probably be nice to have later.

Unless this is referring to a beta repo other than the one currently in use by the dogfooding population, this has been done. Resolving.
