Unpredictably when I click Tabs on the sidebar a mirror image of the tab
listings appears above the actual clickable tabs. Nothing is clickable on the
image. 

This is with the "out of the box" tab listing; I did not customize.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
I have not found any particular order of steps to cause this to happen. 
-It happened once and I closed out of the browser, then started again. 
-Appeared normal when I clicked Tabs but then I clicked it again and the mirror
image appeared. 
-I let go and everything appears normal.

Expected Results:  Only see the actual tab selections.
is it possible this is DUP of bug 80956 ??
Yes I think it is, as I had just downloaded the new build. sorry!
