*Environment:
Phone - Unagi

2012-11-21 build

*How to reproduce:
  1. Go to dialer and dial any number (like 0000)
  2. Hang up the phone with 3 taps

*Expected Result: 
   The phone got hung up. And, the screen go back to dialer or home.

*Actual Result:
  The screen stayed on talking screen. If you use home button to go back home, there would be a green bar on top of the screen

i can reproduce this bug. It certainly needs attending to.
