They don't appear there. In the menu bar, they are in the 'Tools' section. Examples of extensions with options there are Adblock Plus, DownThemAll! and Download Helper. Actual results: They don't appear there. In the menu bar, they are in the 'Tools' section. Examples of extensions with options there are Adblock Plus, DownThemAll! and Download Helper. Expected results: They should appear there, in the global menu.
