There's a list of categories that we need to pass to Bango. These are defined in the Appendix of MozillaExporter API docs. We'll also need to figure out how to map marketplace to Bango categories. For the moment the code just hard codes that all apps are games.
Does anyone care about the categories?  Are they used anywhere?  P2 as it doesn't block.

According to the docs the categories:

"you can pass a category id which will map to a product type / genre describing the content being sold."

I've no real idea how that is used at this point tbh. Should I care about this? Kumar do you know?
Honestly I'm not sure what categories buy us. They would be useful maybe if we were using some of the Bango stats APIs but currently we don't have plans for that.
I'm going to won't fix this then until we need them.
