Using may17 commercial build

The second/operator criteria dropdown within the Search Mail/News Messages UI
has a display anomaly -- it has a white vertical line appearing near the arrow
which causes it to look different than the other dropdowns in the dialog.
This is a dup of a layout bug in bugzilla which causes the vertical line... not
sure the number off-hand
