What happens: A blank page appears. View Page Source shows 
"<html><body></body></html>"

Using nsbeta1 build 05/21 from sweetlou Linux.
I see the following:
When I click on the get cert. I get a javascript error. The page display doesn't
change, even though stderr displays:
Document https://certificates.netscape.com/NSEnroll.html loaded successfully,
The url bar reflects that as well.
Javascript error reads:

Error: [Exception... "'Method not implemented' when calling method:
[nsIWebProgressListern::onSecurityChange]" nsresult "0x80004001
(NS_ERROR_NOT_IMPLEMENTED)" location: "<unknown>" data:no]

But then I use the go menu to go back to certificates.netscape.com (more js
errors ensue - hasCrypto is not defined) and if I click again on the "get cert"
button I do get the expected result of NSEnroll.html

Note that certificates.netscape.com contains a lot of javascript which checks
for psm. May be assuming psm 1.X.

Linux build n6 2001060106.  does NOT work for me.
I get a "Done", but the NSEnroll page does not change the display.
John should I reopen this bug?
Since I'm not seeing a blank page on Linux, but I also cannot load 
https://certificates.netscape.com/NSEnroll.html, can you open a new bug?
I prefer  to reopen this bug. It's too similar to the original problem.  The
issue is that "we cannot get an internal cert"
