Steps to reproduce:

I entered http://netaddress.com in the Firefox address bar, pressed Enter on the keyboard, logged into my e-mail account, clicked Options, Message Filters, Autoresponders, clicked New, entered a Name for the New Autoresponder, and attempted to click in the text part of the window and to enter text.


Actual results:

Nothing. There was no cursor and no text could be entered.


Expected results:

With Microsoft Internet Explorer there is a cursor and text can be entered.
1) Does it work with a previous version of Firefox?

2) Does it work with a new profile?

3) Does it work with a different OS? (another Win e.g.)
Reporter, could you please try the suggestions in comment 1?

Also, you could try running in Safe mode: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
It works okay with Version 15.
P.S. Disabling the Microsoft Silverlight plugin has resolved this issue. It has also resolved the URL not being displayed in the address bar (see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/937137).

It's not very useful because Firefox 15 is EOL, and downgrading is not troubleshooting.
