81497 - Bugscape and Bugzilla pages missing links

Steps to repro:
1)Login to Bugzilla
2)Go to the query page at http://Bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi
3)Create two queries and save them with the "Remember this query, and name it:"
option at the bottom of the query page (if you haven't already done so.)
4)Use one of the created queries with the " Run the remembered query:" to get a
bug list 
5)Select a Bug to view from the results list

Expected Results:
 The top of the page for the bug you are viewing should have the links: 
First, Last, Next, Prev, Show List, Query Page, Enter New Bug

Actual results: In the Mozilla browser, the First, Last, Next, Prev and Show
List options are missing. 
This is dogood for me. I use "Show List" quite frequently.
This also occurs in Bugscape for the same options.
