Why did we land this? The support for ::-moz-placeholder will not be in Fx 18 and now we have warnings popping up everywhere and styles are not applied.

Folks, we're intentionally breaking the placeholder color for BB input areas here. We should at least fix this by duplicating the rules and support the 'old' Fx 18 -moz-placeholder selector.
