What makes it feel slow/broken?

The camera toolbar icons don't highlight when the user taps them (gallery, video/camera mode toggle).

Did it prevent you from doing what you wanted? Why?

It adds uncertainty to the experience of using the camera.

How does this make you feel?

Device: Unagi, Nov. 22 Nightly.

No new work is planned until at least 1.3.

Although this isn't technically resolved, it will be for 1.4 when we have the new camera design implemented.
