This panda is consistently having problems. We relay reboot it and it simply doesn't return as available on the network.
I'll take a look at the serial output and see if we can determine why its not coming back online.

This board is in a constant state of rebooting (not relay induced). Since we are going to be re-imaging all the boards in chassis 3 with the preseed image soon, lets wait until then and see how it behaves. If it still acts up after the fact, reopen this bug and we will handle it.
