Steps:
1. Install an app with a developer property only specifying a url
2. Go to settings --> app permissions
3. Select the app you installed
Expected:
The developer information should be shown with the url present.
Actual:
No developer information is seen.

Don't think this should block, only cause I've almost never seen a case where a developer specifies a url only. In pretty much every case so far I've seen both properties specified.
