Similar to how the jenkins builds are packaged, e.g.

the individual .img files probably aren't required outside the .zip file

'zip' is probably fine, we can change to query_exe('zip') later if we run into PATH problems.  Learned about copystat + glob :)

Obviously not a blocker, but it seems like this should be something done by the build system, no? Can we get a bug on file for that?
