To reproduce:
*   In the Appearance control panel, set your default font to Gadget.
*   Start Mozilla.
*   Open Mozilla's Preferences dialog.
*   Look at the top of the panel.

What you see:
*   Chicago 12 bold, on a sparkly purple background, with a black inset border.

What you should see:
*   Gadget 12 regular, on a plain mid-gray background (or equivalent for your
    Appearance settings), with no border.

    a gray inset outline.

What you should see:
*   Gadget 12 regular, on a plain mid-gray background (or equivalent for your
    Appearance settings), with no border.

This bug is targeted at a Mac classic platform/OS, which is no longer supported
by mozilla.org. Please re-target it to another platform/OS if this bug applies
there as well or resolve this bug.

I will resolve this bug as WONTFIX in four weeks if no action has been taken.
To filter this and similar messages out, please filter for "mac_cla_reorg".
I think it is safe to say this is a Wontfix as this is a Classic Mac bug...
which is no longer supported... with that said I can't think of anyway to use
System Pref to change window titles accross the OS
