Tried to play youtube video from browser on a device without an sdcard and it switches to video app fine but the video app throws an error that the device is missing an sdcard and doesn't even try to play the video.

I am thinking the video app should play youtube videos irrespective if the device has an sdcard or not.

Chris, feel free to mark it duplicate of bug 815791. Seems like both of these are addressing the same problem.
Not a duplicate but the fix of the first should fix this one.

Mass Modify: All un-milestoned, unresolved blocking-basecamp+ bugs are being moved into the C3 milestone. Note that the target milestone does not mean that these bugs can't be resolved prior to 12/10, rather C2 bugs should be prioritized ahead of C3 bugs.

Dale, can you give an ETA for this fix?
Patch will be in today, sorry for the delay

This will be fixed automatically as a consequence of fixing bug 815791. As noted in that bug, however, I've run into some minor difficulties that are delaying the patch.
